Raymond Otto Lynch Iii

Raymond Otto Lynch, III, age 56, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2023 in Sebring, Florida.  He was born June 24, 1966 in Anchorage, Alaska to Victor “Gene” Lynch and Eva “Lorene” Heyer.  He had been a resident of Highlands County since the late 80’s coming from Tallahassee, FL.  Ray is survived by his Wife – Jonnie Lynch of Sebring, FL; Mother – Lorene Lindsay of Chattanooga, TN; Son – Zachary Lynch of Sebring, FL; Daughter – Shelby Ridgeway of Utah; Sisters – Sandy Johnson of Havana, FL; Kim Scott; and one Grandchild – Bentley.  A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 17, 2023 from 5:30-7:30pm at Lake Istokpoga Park.
