James William Hedges, age 93, passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2019 in Sebring, Florida. He was born December 25, 1925 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to the late Homer and Edith (Bryant) Hedges. He had been a resident for over 20 years coming from Ohio and was a veteran serving in the Army Air Corp. He enjoyed fishing, fixing things and gardening. He is survived by his Children, Joe Hedges (Alice) of Clermont, FL; Penny Guilfoyle (Mike) of Lake Placid, FL; Bobby Hedges (Donna) of Sebring, FL; Elston Hedges of Sebring, FL; Brothers, Frank Hedges; Donald Hedges; seven Grandchildren and eight Great-Grandchildren. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his Granddaughter, Hilary Hedges. Graveside services will take place Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 1:00pm at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
