Eddie Ray Smith Sr.

Eddie Ray Smith, Sr. passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2023 in Orlando, Florida at the age of 77. Son of John Daniel Smith and Autna Myrtle (Forehand) Smith. He was born on May 18, 1945 in Bonifay, Fla. Eddie worked as a charter bus driver and had been a lifelong resident of Florida. He was of Baptist faith and enjoyed family and fishing. Eddie was a very hardworking man. He is survived by his loving wife Beatriz; sons – Eddie R. Smith, Jr. (Diana) of Sebring, Fla; Benjamin C. Smith of Orlando, Fla; daughter – Tresa Rabchuck (William) of NC; sister – Patricia Brinley of AL. Also surviving are 2 grandchildren-Emily and Mia Smith; 1 great-grandchild. A visitation will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, until service time at 11:00 am at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home.
