Bobette Carter

Bobette D. Carter, age 73, passed away on February 18, 2020. She was born in Milford, Delaware on August 17, 1946 to Robert and Jeanette Devroy. Bobette had been a Polk County resident since 2007 coming from Chincoteague, Virginia. She truly loved her church and her family. She is survived by husband of forty-eight years, Brad, and her children Tracy D. Carter and Jennifer O’Neal-Carter.
