ZARADA C. WATFORD Zarada C. Watford, age 87, passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2011 in Orange Park, FL. She was born in Americus, GA on December 19, 1923 to James and Louise (Green) Culpepper. She retired from General Telephone & Telegraph after many years of service; she was of the Prostant faith, she enjoyed gardening, sewing and spending time with family & friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Frazier Watford and son, Frazier Watford, Jr. she is survived by daughters, Nancy (Warren) Alwood, Fleming Island, FL and Faye (Bryan) Kempton, Rutledge, TN; sisters, Winnie, Millie, Lillian, Beth and Janie; brothers, James and Ray; 8 grandchildren 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 23, 2011 at 1:00 PM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Avon Park with Pastor Ray Culpepper officiating.
