Winifred J. Williams

Winifred J. Williams, age 93, of Sebring, FL, passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2017.  She was born February 27, 1924 in New Castle, IN to Paul and Kathleen (Tutwiler) Bullard.  She worked as a secretary for the Veteran’s Service Office, belonged to the Beta Sigma Pi Sorority, was a member of the Church of the Brethren, and has been a resident of Sebring, FL since 1989, coming from New Castle, IN.  Survivors include her Daughters – Deborah A. Chapter of Toms River, NJ; Maureen K. Loftus of Evans, CO; Rosalyn D. Woodrow of Bartlett, IL; Son – George C. Williams, II of Sandwich, MA; Sister – Patricia Applegate of Mount Vernon, IN; 8 Grandchildren; and 13 Great Grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her Husband of 57 years – George “Goggy” Williams; Sisters – Sarah Lou Stapp; Joann Bridges; and Brother – James E. Bullard.
