Wilma Dale Roman

Wilma Dale Roman, age 64, passed away on Friday February 5, 2021 in Avon Park, FL. She was born on August 30, 1956 in Hazard KY to the late Cecil and Martha Couch. She had been a Avon Park resident since 2019, formerly living in Indiana. Wilma was of Christian faith. She worked in banking as a data entry clerk. Wilma enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. She is survived by her loving husband – Gary; children – Martha Lugo (David) of IN; Gary Roman Jr. of IN; Cheryl Howard (Alan) of IN; Robin Roman of IN; Maranda Roman of IN; siblings – Jean Greco, Shirley Addison, Eva Green, Gertrude, Gladys, Carol Sweeton and Eddie Couch. Surviving are also 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. A celebration of Wilma’s life will be held from 3:00 - 6:00 pm Tuesday February 9, 2021 at Stephenson Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring, FL. The service will also be streamed on Facebook live.
