Wilma Lucille Kangeter

Wilma Lucille Kangeter, age 91, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2025 in Auburndale, Florida.  She was born November 18, 1933 in Avon Park, Florida to the late William Wilburn and Nora Annabelle (Albritton) Giddens.  She had been a lifelong resident of Avon Park and a member of Avon Park Lakes Baptist Church.  Wilma is survived by her Daughters – Julie Kinyon (TJ) of Avon Park, FL; India Craske (Andy) of Avon Park, FL; Son – Patrick Kangeter (Terri) of Trussville, AL; Brother – Jerry Giddens (Sharon) of Lakeland, FL; Grandchildren – Jessica Kinyon Leconey of Sebring, FL; Rachel Myers Giraud (Gean) of Wesley Chapel, FL; Kevin Kangeter of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Great Grandchildren – Trent Ferguson, Nora Leconey, Harper Leconey, and Janessa Giraud.  She is preceded in death by her Husband – Melvin Kangeter, Jr.  The family will be holding a private graveside service with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
