WILMA BERTIE HAMM Wilma Bertie (Hensley) Hamm, 81, of Sebring, Florida, died April 4, 2012, at Tampa General Hospital. She was born December 8, 1930 in Kechi, Kansas, to Charles and Chelsa (Gardner) Watson and attended schools in Wichita, Kansas, graduating from East High School. In 1950 she married Jack Hensley and moved to Valley Center, Kansas, where they raised four sons. She worked as a bookkeeper for Amsden Lumber Company, HCA Wesley Hospital and retired from Hayes Forest Products, all in Wichita. After the death of Jack in 1993, she married Robert Hamm and moved to Wichita and eventually to Sebring, Florida in 2007. She is survived by her husband, Bob; sons, Terry Hensley of Douglas, Wyoming; David Hensley of Valley Center, Kansas and Richard Hensley of Sebring. She is also survived by her brothers, Alan Watson of Missoula, Montana and Dennis Watson of Texas; three grandsons; three granddaughters, as well as several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jack; son, Darrel Hensley; nephew, Jeremy Hensley and brother, Gary Watson. A Memorial Service will be held in Kansas at a later date. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to a local Humane Society.
