Willis (Willie) Samuel Kneram Jr, age 84, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 18, 2023 at home in Sebring, Florida after battling cancer since 2016. He was born on August 4, 1938 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, the son of Willis Kneram Sr and Mabel (Coryea) Kneram. He was a graduate of Laurel High School. He married his wife Dana Goodrich Kneram December 13, 1986 in New Castle, PA. Willis worked 35 years as a lineman with Penn Power/FirstEnergy in New Castle, PA. In 2005 he and his wife became residents of Sebring. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the cold war from June 1956 to May 1959 and was of roman catholic faith. Willis enjoyed riding motorcycles and was past member of the Hog Chapter, AFL/CIO Union and Second Wind Running Club. He’s run several marathons and competed in cycle time trials and races. He is survived by his wife, Dana sons – David Kneram (Kathleen); Mark Kneram (Wendde); Chad Zubkousky (Laura); daughter –Heather Dugan (Dave); sister – Aleene Lutz (Tom). Also, surviving are 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Willis is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Donald Kneram and sister in law Roberta.
