William Robert Ward

William “Rob” Ward passed away on October 9, 2017. He was born on February 6, 1955 to G. Franklyn Ward and Mary Ellen Heitsch Ward in Avon Park, FL. Rob enjoyed bagging groceries at his job at Publix in Avon Park, participating in Special Olympics and Special STARS. He is survived by his sisters; Deborah Ward Barber & her partner Joseph Colangelo, and Marcia Ward (Rodney Anderson). Nieces & nephews; Elizabeth Abell (Michael), Katie Barnett (Neil), Robert Barber (Jamie), Eric Barber (Tina), Doug Barber, Patrick Barber (Jennifer), Kelly Seeber (Heath), Jody Anderson, and Morgan Anerson, and also several great nieces, nephews and friends. Rob was predeceased by his parents, brother-in-law Thomas Barber and his nephew, Damon Hileman. Memorial service for Rob will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Stephenson Nelson Funeral Home 111 E. Circle Street Avon Park, FL.
