William Suarez Aponte

William Suarez Aponte was born on January 17, 1937. He proudly served in the United States Army during the Cold War, demonstrating a lifelong commitment to service and duty.

William was married to his beloved wife, Gloria E. Ortiz, for 59 years, sharing a life rooted in love, dedication, and family. He worked for the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (Energía Eléctrica de Puerto Rico) for 30 years, where he was known for his strong work ethic and reliability.

Survivors include his wife, Gloria E. Ortiz; his six children: Wilbert, Madeline, Rafael, William, Monica, and Angel; his fifteen grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren, all of whom were a source of immense pride and joy throughout his life.

William will be remembered for his devotion to his family, his years of honorable service, and the legacy of strength and perseverance he leaves behind.
