William Douglas Rapp

William Douglas Rapp, age 65, passed away on Monday March 20, 2023 in Sebring Florida. He was born on October 21, 1957 in Piqua, Ohio the son of Robert Lee and Evelyn (Turner) Rapp. William worked as a tool and die maker in the manufacturing industry and has been a Florida “snowbird” for the last 10 years. He was a member of the Miami County Antique Power Association. He enjoyed farming and loved his grandchildren. William is survived by his loving wife – Bonnie; mother – Evelyn; son – James Douglas Rapp (Cindy); daughter – Frances “Abbi” Putnam (Daniel Oldham); brother – Don Rapp; sister – Debbie Gover. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren – Anthony Lane Michael Putnam, Landin Carder Putnam, Cole Douglas Rapp and Alyssa Jo Rapp. He was preceded in death by his father - Robert and a son – John Michael Rapp.
