William Charles Peters

William C. Peters age 94 passed away at his residence in Avon Park, Florida with his wife by his side on Friday, October 19, 2018. William was an Army Veteran who proudly served his country during W.W. II, and worked as a manager for Harris Pine Mills in Hamburg, PA and also in Tranquility, NJ. A loving person with a kind heart is how he will be remembered, someone who was always willing to help others in their time of need and a man of great talents who had built his own home for his family. His love for music was immeasurable, especially when he played it on his organ.  William was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Avon Park and is survived by his Wife Darlene Rouse-Avon Park, FL; Daughter-Linda (Larry) Hofmann-Avon Park, FL; Daughter-Patricia (JR) Joshnick-Hackettstown, NJ. A; Son-Greg (Connie) Peters-Pisgah Forest, NC; Sister-Ellen Wismer-Easton, PA; 5 Grandchildren and 8 Great grandchildren.  William was predeceased by his parents William and Beulah Peters and spouses Doris Peters and Clara Peters. Services will be held at Avon Park Seventh-day Adventist Church on Saturday November 3 ^rd at 3 p.m.  The family requests that memorial donations be made to Walker Memorial Acadamy.
