William Leo Patterson

William Leo Patterson, age 80, passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 in Sebring, Florida.  He was born on August 18, 1936 in Whitinsville, Massachusetts to the late Marc and Beatrice (Nolet) Patterson.  William moved to Sebring in 2006, was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, the American Legion, and was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the US Air Force. He enjoyed boating, traveling in their RV with his wife of 56 years, MaryAnn, golfing, and fishing.  Survivors include his brothers: Robert Patterson (Tamre) of Arizona; Joseph Patterson (Sandra) of Flagler Beach, Florida; sisters: Eleanor Lamoreaux; Ann Marie Michaud (Joseph); Diane Creighton all of Massachusetts; and several nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his parents; wife: MaryAnn Patterson; brothers: Marc Patterson; James Patterson; and sister: Lucille Tessier.  The Patterson family expresses heartfelt gratitude to Good Shepherd Hospice for their excellent care; therefore memorial donations may be made to them at Good Shepherd Hospice, 1110 Hammock Rd., Sebring, FL 33870 www.chaptershealth.org .  A memorial service will be held at a later date in Massachusetts.
