William F. Offner

William F. Offner, age 58, passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2017 in Sebring, Florida. He was born on December 30, 1958 in Frankfurt, Germany to the late Emil John and Patricia Anne (Flynn) Offner.  William loved golfing, his friends, being a Father and Loving Husband but mostly being Papa Bear.  He loved life and never met someone who he didn’t make laugh.  William enjoyed music, told jokes and was always an upbeat and positive man.  Survivors include his wife Victorian Martin-Offner, Sebring, FL; children Mallory Jean Offner, FL; Anthony Offner, DC; step-children Damon Paul Miller, FL; Shane Alden Gaddie of KY; siblings Patrick John Offner, CO; Mauren Holtz, IN; Geraldine Lucey, KY; Christine Offner, OH; Helene Weaver, OH; Robert Offner, AL and four Grandchildren, Dylan Miller, Colton Miller, Dayton Gaddie, Audrey Gaddie.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 2, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring, FL with a visitation on Saturday, July 1, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
