William F. Losch

William F. Losch, age 94, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2015 in Sebring, Florida.  He was born on February 25, 1921 in Kingsley, Michigan to the late Adolph and Julia (Manigold) Losch.  William was a veteran with the U.S. Coast Guard serving during World War II.  He spent his career as a farm equipment salesman.  He and his wife, Gladys, retired to Sebring in 1986 coming from Caro, Michigan and were members of Maranatha Baptist Church where he taught Sunday school.  He loved golfing; boating; and listening to music.  Survivors include his children, Andrew William Losch (Arlene)-Lansing, MI; and Matthew James Losch (Karen)-Ludington, MI, eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.  William was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys L. Losch and his son, Stephen Nelson Losch.  There will be a funeral service on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Maranatha Baptist Church with Pastor Stan Mohr officiating.  The family will receive friends beginning at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to: Maranatha Baptist Church “Memorial Fund” 35 Maranatha Blvd., Sebring, FL 33870.
