William Neil Hinsley, age 26, passéd away on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 in Sebring, FL. He was born in Lake Wales, Florida on October 14, 1986 to Jim and Mary (Green) Hinsley. He was a Car Salesman; member of the Highlands County Moose Lodge; graduated from Avon Park High School and was a lifelong resident. He is survived by his parents, Jim and Mary Hinsley, Sebring; brothers, Michael Hinsley, Sebring and Kevin Hinsley, Sebring; Matthew and Rocky. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Avon Park, FL.
