William "Bill" Hensey

WILLIAM BILL HENSEY William Bill Hensey, 85, of Sebring, Florida, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, August 17, 2010. He was born May 25, 1925, to John Douglas and Kathryn (Gregory) Hensey in New Berlin, Illinois, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1989, coming from Naples, Florida. He was a Heavy Road Equipment Salesman; an active member of Union Congregational Church in Avon Park, FL and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving during World War II. He is survived by his wife, Joan Hensey of Sebring; daughter, Teri Lee (Randy) Tomaw, Springfield, IL; four grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 20, 2010 at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Sebring, with Pastor Bill Breylinger officiating. The family will receive friends the hour preceding the service, beginning at 12:00 p.m. Entombment at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Avon Park, FL, will be immediately following the service.
