William "Bill" C. Thompson

William "Bill" C. Thompson, age 76, passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 in Sebring, FL. He was born on May 30, 1945 in Meadville, PA to Raymond W. and Olivia M. (Galmish) Thompson. He worked as a Meat Cutter, was of Christian faith, was a member of the Amvets, VFW, American Legion , Eagles and Moose Lodge, proudly served his country in the US Navy from 1965-1968. William has been a resident of Sebring since 1999, coming from Meadville, PA. He is survived by his loving wife- Diane; son-Jeffrey Thompson (Michelle) of Meadville, PA; daughter-Lesa Cornell (Robert) of Pennhook, VA; brother-Raymond Lawrence Thompson (Mary Anne) of Meadville, PA. Surviving are also 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Amvets Post 21.
