William D. Bower William D. Bower, age 56, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2014 in Frostproof, Florida. He was born on December 24, 1957 in Crestview, Florida to William and Loudella (Grahame) Bower. William had been a resident of Frostproof since 2013 having come from Cleveland, TN. He served in the U.S. Air Force during peacetime and enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and spending time with family. William is survived by his wife of 17 years: Vicki Bower of Frostproof, mother: Loudella Bower of Orlando, daughters: Victoria Seymour (Kevin) of Avon Park, Samantha Bower of Columbus, Ohio, Susan Anderson (Justin) of Sebring, brother: Jym Bower (Linda) of Orlando, sister: Sherry Dean (Kent) of Lakeland, and five grandchildren.
