Welton Mikell, age 103, passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021 in Sebring, FL. He was born on June 17, 1918 in Trainer, PA to Leon and Rena (Barfield) Mikell. He was of Christian faith, proudly served his country in the US Army during WWII and Korea, and has been a resident of Sebring since 1971. Welton enjoyed tinkering on automobiles. He is survived by his loving wife-Louise; children-Dennis Mikell (Joni) of Dover, DE; Patrick Mikell of Gardner, FL. Surviving him are also 3 grandchildren-Heather Mikell (William); Brandon Mikell; David Mikell (Michele), and 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, and 3 sisters. Memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice.
