Wayne Earl Neff

Wayne Neff, beloved husband, and father passed away September 2, 2021, in Sebring, Florida.  He was from Altoona, PA and traveled the world with the USAF before he retired upon completing 20 years of service.  He was a craftsman, outdoorsman, enjoyed fishing, beekeeping and loved taking day trips with his wife, Liz. He loved their dog, Stetson, and their many cats.  Wayne never met a stranger and always had time for a word or two with everyone he met.

Wayne is survived by his Wife – Elizabeth Neff of Sebring, FL; Daughter – Amanda Helms; Step-Children – Kandy Steffens and Chuck Steffens; five Grandchildren – Kylie, Garrett, Mikalia, Gauge, and Nick; and Sister – Annabelle Ott (Steve); several nieces and nephews (many who knew him as Uncle Buck); brother-in-law, Bill, and sister-in-law, Barb. Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn Owen, and Annabelle Neff, and six siblings – Roy, Norma, Shirley, Joe, Ethel, and Joanie.
