Wanda Hayden

October 25, 1917 — July 31, 2016

Wanda Hayden, age 98, died peacefully July 31, 2016, at Vitas Hospice in Sebring, FL. She was born October 25, 1917 in IN. She resided in Muskegon, MI; Toledo, OH; and Avon Park, FL. She was a graduate of Tri-State University, a former piano teacher, excellent seamstress, and a warm hostess. Her home was always lively with friends and family. She continued to knit baby afghans well into her 98th year. Wanda was preceded in death by her husband: Rolland Hayden; sons: R. Patrick and Thomas Hayden. Surviving are her beloved daughter: Karen (Terry) Lewis; grandchildren: Brenda Pope, Russell Hayden, Douglas Lewis, Jennifer Gravelle, Michael Hayden; 11 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and 3 nieces. No service has been planned.
