Walter Stanley Shreders

Walter Stanley Shreders, age 94, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Monday, August 5, 2013, in Sebring. He was born May 24, 1919, to Adam and Anna (Korba) Shreders in Greenwich, CT and had been a resident of Sebring since 1985. He was Service Manager for Homelite Chainsaws; a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church and a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Marines. He is survived by his two sons, Robert Shreders, Old Saybrook, CT and Ronald Shreders, Jacksonville, FL; step-daughter, Deborah Montgomery, Miami, FL; sister, Helen Vallarelli; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Eleanor Atkinson Shreders; second wife, Mary Frances Shreders and daughter, Pamela Shreders Dimitriadis.
