Vincent Anthony Forest

Vincent Anthony Forest, age 55, of Lake Placid, FL, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2017.   He was born September 16, 1961 in Dearborn, MI to Robert Allen and June Helen (Destrampe) Forest.  He was a heavy equipment truck driver, enjoyed traveling, was of Catholic faith and was a hard worker who built his own home.  Vincent was devoted to and loved his family very much.  He has been a resident of Lake Placid, FL since 1985, coming from Baraga, MI.  He is survived by loving Wife – Darlene Marie Forest of Lake Placid, FL; Sons – Vincent Forest (Ashley); Rocco Forest (Jeni); Brothers – Robert Forest(Irene); Victor Forest (Val); Bill Forest; Joe Forest (Val); Sisters – Christine Denalsky (Ed); Millie Lawson (Larry); Jeanine Mayo (Gary); Brenda Brown (Don); Kim Forest; Brother-in-law – Richard Hakala; Sister-in-law – Jacquelyn Hakala; Grandchildren – Madisson, Vincent, and Augustus. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife, sons, grandchildren, sisters, brothers, family and friends.  Memorial services will be held Saturday, September 30, 2017, at 11:00am in the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home Chapel.
