Victor Hernandez Canova

Victor Hernandez Canova, age 80, passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023 in Sebring, Florida. He was born on June 3, 1942 in the Isle of Pine, Cuba, the son of Juan Antonio Canova and Maria Juaquita Hernandez. Victor worked as a commercial fisherman, was of Catholic faith, and has been a resident of Sebring since the age of 14, having come from Cuba. His hobbies included softball, fishing, dominos and he loved to dance. Victor is survived by his loving wife - Maria; son–Victor Eduardo Canova, Jr. (Johany Melissa) daughter – Sonya Canova (Duviel Carrillo); siblings – Adam Canova, Alberto Canova, Rene Canova, and Zoila Canova. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren – Victor Canova III, Christian Thomas Canova, Michael Carrillo, Alexandra Carrillo, Eduardo Canova. He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter – Dominic Canova.
