VENNIE IRENE "JACKIE" CARTER Vennie Irene "Jackie" Carter, 98, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2013, in Sebring. She was born March 15, 1914, to Clifford and Alice (Whitfield) Morgan in Scott, Georgia, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1936, coming from Scott. She was employed in retail clothing sales and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Sebring. She is survived by her son, Roger (Dottie) Carter of Lake City, FL; sister, Margaret Bridges, Macon, GA; brothers, James Morgan, Baker, FL and Z.T. Morgan, LA and granddaughters, Cheryl Anne Carter, Sebring and Anita Wallace, Sebring.
