Thomas F. Walsh, Jr.

Thomas F. Walsh, 87, of Sebring, FL moved on from his earthly life on Monday, February 23, 2026. He was born in West Orange, NJ on January 27, 1939 to Thomas F. Walsh, Sr. and Cecile Gilhooly Walsh. Tom lived in New Jersey most of his life and relocated to Florida in 1993. He worked in consumer lending and collections in the banking industry. While in New Jersey, Tom was an active Volunteer Fireman, and he was a Cantor and member of The Carmel of Mary Immaculate and St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church.

In Florida, Tom enjoyed being part of Highlands Lakeside Theater, appearing in many productions and volunteering his time and talents. Tom enjoyed and was proud of being a proofreader for his author friend, Melissa Miller. Tom will be remembered for his singing, love of puns and quick wit. He was an advanced scuba diver and loved the water, wanting to go swimming the day before his passing.

Tom is survived by his loving wife Beatrice Walsh; Children, Thomas (Dina) Walsh; Kathleen (Darin) MacNeill; Mary Lyn (Scott) Pfister; and Clare (JD) Baird; 7 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his twin sister, Colleen Beuscher and his infant son, Stephen.

No services are planned, so the family would like for all to remember all the fond times had with Tom over all the years.
