Thomas Michael Rogers, a devoted husband, proud father, and hardworking provider,
passed away on April 19, 2026, at the age of 63. Born on August 12, 1962, in Dover,
New Jersey, Tom’s life was defined by his deep commitment to his family and his
determination to build a life they could be proud of.
Tom began his career with AT&T in customer service, where his strong work ethic and
natural leadership quickly set him apart. Through years of dedication and perseverance,
he rose through the ranks at various companies to become Director of Operations in
Call Center Management. He took great pride in his accomplishments, but nothing
meant more to him than the family he worked so hard to support.
He shared a loving marriage with his late wife, Kimberly, and was a proud and devoted
father to his children, Crystal and Thomas. One of his greatest joys was becoming a
grandfather to his three beloved grandsons, Hunter, Griffin, and Joseph, who brought
him immense pride and happiness.
Outside of work, Tom embraced the things he loved most. He had a passion for
wrestling, hunting, fishing, boating, and cars, especially Ford Mustangs, which he
collected and cherished over the years. He found peace and happiness in lake living
and in the simple moments spent doing what he loved.
Tom and Kim raised their family in and around Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey, before
relocating to Florida, where they shared their time between Weston and Lake Placid.
Tom was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Kim; and his parents, Thomas Joseph
Rogers and Shirley Ann (Harrington) Rogers. He is also survived by his growing family,
including a grandchild on the way.
Tom will be remembered for his strength, his dedication, and the love he had for his
family. As he and his father often said, “take time to smell the roses.” He leaves behind
a legacy of hard work, loyalty, and cherished memories that will live on in all who knew
and loved him.
