Thomas Edward Lewis, Jr.

Thomas Edward Lewis Jr passed away unexpectedly on April 5, 2025 at the age of 70, in Avon Park, Florida. He was born on March 6, 1955, in Warren, Ohio, to Leone and Thomas Lewis Sr. Tom leaves behind his wife of 47 years, Tina, his daughter Krystle Kovacic (Eric Montgomery), of Geneva, Ohio; three grandchildren, Kaleb, Bentley, and Maci, a sister, Patricia Kovalak (Stan), of Chardon, Ohio; two nieces, Andrea Wulff and Samantha Meyer, and a great niece, Kenzy. Tom graduated from Warren Western Reserve in 1973. He worked at Hadlock Plastics before moving to King Luminarie, where he retired, and moved to sunny Florida. Tom enjoyed watching NASCAR and the Browns, but most of all, he loved spending time with his daughter and grandchildren. Tom recently found his love of animals, with his dog, Nugget. He was preceded in death by his mother, Leone, father Thomas Sr, and brother, Terry. A celebration of life will be set at a later date.
