THOMAS VINSON KERNS Thomas Vinson Kerns, 67, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Monday, January 14, 2013, in Tampa, FL. He was born April 24, 1945, to John and Beulah (Miller) Kerns, in Charleston, West Virginia, and had been a resident of Sebring since 2005, coming from Harrison, New York. He had been employed as a Commercial Painter. He is survived by his wife, Marolyn Kerns, of Sebring; son, Thomas V. (Carlene) Kerns, Jr., of Harrison, New York; sister, Joyce (David) Moss and brother, John W. Kerns, III, all of West Virginia. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 18, 2013, in the Stephenson-Nelson Chapel, Sebring, with W. Mike Adams officiating.
