Thomas Sheridan Holman

Thomas Sheridan Holman, age 74 passed away March 24, 2010 in Sebring, Florida. He was born in Erie, Pennsylvania to Frederick S. and Ethel Naomi (Graves) Holman. He was a Builder, during his retirement years he researched his interest in Math and Science, he was member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, and had been a resident of Avon Park since 1999 coming from Ortona, Florida. He is survived by his wife of 51 years-Mary (Murray) Holman of Avon Park, Florida; children-Thomas S. Holman, Jr. of Labelle, Florida, Mark Holman of Fairview, Pennsylvania, Daniel Holman (Tammy) of Franklin, North Carolina and Teri Holman of Ft. Myers, Florida; brother-Frederick Holman; sisters-Doris Nies and Ethel Schroeder; grandchildren-Tansy Ewing, Hannah Ertl, Charlene Holman, Keith Holman, Scott Holman and Eric Holman; great grandchildren-Ashlyn Ewing and Landon Ertl; several nieces and nephews and cousins; god children-Larry Nies, Renee Sadowski, Sandra Meader and David Shampoe. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Gerald, Lawrence, David and Frances and sisters, Virginia, Jeanne, Donna, Dorothy and 1 grandchild, Kevin Holman. Visitation will be held Monday, March 29, 2010 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with funeral mass beginning at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church with Father Nick McLoughlin officiating.
