Thomas “Tom” Watson Duncan, age 84, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2025. He was born on January 16, 1941 in Chipley, Florida to Samuel Clarence and Flowers V. (Dashinger) Duncan. Tom worked as a Clerk for the U.S. Postal Service, served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War, member of St. John Methodist Church, and has been a resident of Sebring, Florida since 1973, coming from Tampa, Florida. Tom enjoyed going fishing as well as traveling. He was one of fourteen children and loved to be around his family. He is survived by his Wife – Mary Estelle Browning Duncan of Sebring, FL; Son – Theodore “Ted” Duncan (Cynthia) of Deltona, FL; Step-daughter – Kimberly Beasley (Mark) of Lake Placid, FL; Step-son – Eddie Talley (Pat) of Sebring, FL; Sister – Phala Duncan; and many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews. He is preceded in death by his Parents; Daughter – Tracie; and six Brothers and six Sisters. Memorial services will be held Monday, June 30, 2025 at 11:00 AM at St. John Methodist Church with family receiving friends beginning at 10:00 AM. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John Methodist Church Building Fund.
