He was a staple in the West Carrollton community, served as class President for the alumni association and a former member of the Blue Knights Chapter 3. In 2019, Tom retired happily to Sebring, Florida. If you knew Tom, you had a friend for life. He loved making you laugh, a jokester at heart and he was the man you could rely on for safety and security. He enjoyed spending time at Lake Cumberland with his LCC family boating and glamping. He loved music and food was his comfort. As the “appointed Mayor” of Buttonwood Bay in Sebring, he made sure everyone felt welcomed, loved, and included in the community. He loved to brag about his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Tom never met a stranger. He loved animals and spoke to them as if they were his best friend or his children. He was born a salesman. He was also very handy and if you didn’t know how to fix it, he would teach you. He will be missed by all and remembered for his jokes, stories and infectious laugh and smile. His void will be felt for a lifetime. We all love you, Tommy!
