Thomas D. Ballard

Thomas D. Ballard, age 72, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 in Sebring, Florida. He was born on May 2, 1943 in Raymond, Ohio to Forrest and Azile (Reams) Ballard. Thomas was a truck driver and retired in 1999 from Super Food Service, Inc. He enjoyed motorcycles, golfing and fishing.  He was an avid Buckeye fan and enjoyed playing cards and music. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Mary E. Ballard-Sebring, FL, daughter, Debra Ballard-OH, son, Jerry Ballard-Sebring, FL, four sisters, Mary Rausch-OH; Patricia Spain-OH; Karen Moore-Fort Myers, FL; Barbara Bowersmith-TX, one brother, Jack Ballard-Jacksonville, FL, two grandsons, Brice Henry-SC and Travis Henry-AZ and four great-grandchildren, Destiny; Garrett; Olivia and Paxton. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Dennis Ballard.  Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the charity of your choice.
