Theresa D. Bugg Spainhoward, 50 of Reed, Ky. Passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 in Orlando, FL.  She was born on May 23, 1968 in Henderson County, Kentucky to the late Woodrow and Wanda (Marshall) Bugg, Jr.  Theresa is preceded in death by her husband, Dannie Spainhoward.  She is survived by her children: Erica (Monte) Clark of Lake Placid, FL., Whitney Spainhoward of Henderson, Ky. and Braxton Spainhoward of Henderson, KY.  She also leaves behind two siblings; Brian (Jesalyn) Bugg of Henderson, KY and Tera (Bob) Bordenaro of Newburg, IN., and two step-children: Nikki (Chris) Koren of Henderson, KY and Vanessa (David) Martin of Collierville, TN.  She leaves behind 10 1/2 grandchildren.  Theresa enjoyed shopping, fishing, hunting and loved the ocean. A Memorial Service will be held at the Tomblinson Funeral Home in Henderson, KY.
