Thelma Marie Santos Barcinas
Thelma Marie Santos Barcinas, age 58, passed away on July 29 th , 2021 in Avon Park, Florida. She was born on June 16 th , 1963 in Merced, California to Matilde Santos and Vicente Barcinas. She was a homemaker always spoiling her kids no matter what. She loved going places and was always busy. She is survived by her husband Arthur Owens and (2) children- Artasia Owens and Donethan Owens. She is also survived by her (3) siblings- Sister Sheena Barcinas; Brothers Jon and Paul Barcinas. Memorial gathering will be announced in the future.
