STANLEY B. TOZER Stanley B. Tozer, age 51, of Sebring, FL, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2012 at his home. He was born and raised in Eldora, NJ on March 2, 1960 to Edwin and Lorraine (Kalodye) Tozer. He served as a Senior Correction Officer with the Southern State Correctional Facility in New Jersey for 18 years, Volunteered as an EMT with the Woodbine Rescue Squad, of the Catholic Faith, and has been a resident of Sebring, FL since 2004, coming from Villas, NJ. He is survived by his Wife Enid Tozer of Sebring, FL; Son- Michael Candelario Tozer of Sebring, FL; Sisters Michelle Tozer Case of Millville, NJ, Theresa Tatem (James) of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; Brothers Marc Tozer (Mary Beth Crook) of GA, Edwin Tozer (Kathi Rossi) of Las Vegas, NV; Brother-in-laws Freddie Francisco of Lakeland, FL; Wender Francisco (Wendy) of Green Brook, NJ, Edwin Francisco (Terri) of Lincoln Park, NJ; Mother and Father-in-laws Israel and Carmen Francisco of Sebring, FL. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 19, 2012 at 1:00 PM in the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. A time of visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service, beginning at 12:00 PM.
