Stanley R. Mccracken

Stanley (Stan) R. McCracken went home to be with his savior November 28, 2014. Stan was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on January 24, 1928 to Stanley and Anna McCracken. He graduated from Plainville High School, Mariemont, Ohio, attended University of Cincinnati, and served in the U.S. Navy. He played all major sports in high school and the Navy. He was sales manager for various car dealerships in Ohio and Palm Beach County, Florida. He retired and served children in the Palm Beach County School System. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister: Rosemary, wife: Jan, and son: Tommy. He is survived by his wife: Ginger, daughter: Carolyn Kraftchak, grandchildren: J.R. Kraftchak, Mary Machiela, and Robert MCCracken, and six great-grandchildren. Stan was a member of Lakeside Presbyterian Church, West Palm Beach, FL., and a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at Emmanuel United Church of Christ located at 3115 Hope St. Sebring, FL.
