Sherrie Banasik-Keene

Sherrie Banasik-Keene, age 69 passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023 in Sebring, Florida at the age of 69. The daughter of Emil Stanley Banasik and Dolores Lorraine (Barton ) Banasik. She was born on April 7, 1954 in Evergreen Park, Illinois. Sherrie worked in the food retail industry and had been a resident of Sebring for over 40 years and was a member of the Neighborhood Church in Sebring. Sherrie’s hobbies included cooking, coloring, playing Yahtzee, crocheting and she loved going to church. She is survived by her loving daughter – Josephine Banasik of Sebring, Florida; sisters – Susan Lowrance of Sebring, Florida; Kathy Dyson of Champaign, IL. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother – Sonny Banasik. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at the Neighborhood Church in Sebring.
