Sheila L. Tobin of Sebring, FL, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her daughter; Robin and husband Jerry Menoche; Daughter Ellen Gaipo; Son, Skip and wife Jeanne Raposa; Daughter, Cathy Bailey and husband Mark Fairfield; Grandchildren; Justin and Jillian Menoche, Jeremy Gaipo, Amy and Derek Raposa, Megan Maciel, and Nicholas Bailey; Great grandchildren, Keyera, Jaelynn, Brooklynn, Brady, Derek, Braylen and Mia; She also leaves behind her brother Charles J (Susan) Hawkins, and many nieces and nephews who loved her, and her beloved pet Mr. Wiggles. She was preceded by her loving husband of 20 years, Donald Tobin; grandson Derek James; Son Wayne D. Raposa; Sister, Donna Field and Mother Dorothy Trayner. Sheila enjoyed to Color, to travel but most of all she loved her Family. A celebration of life will be held in honor of Sheila on October 5, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Abundant Life Church, 135 New Meadow Road, Swansea, MA
