age 58, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2013 in Sebring, Florida. Ms. Locke was an Administrator for the State Corrections, of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her daughters-Shannon Moser (Ken) of Mayo, Florida and Heather Locke of Mayo, Florida; brothers-Densby Jackson (Pauline), Ronnie Jackson (Amy), Billie Jackson (Jeannie) and Clark Jackson (Patty); sisters-Sara Houpe, Dorothy Johnson (Bobby) and Nan Runner; sisters-in-law-Nancy Jackson and Mary Joe Jackson; 3 grandchildren- Shaylyn, Samantha and Shelby. Ms. Locke was preceded in death by her brothers- Mort Jackson, Sr. and Joe Jackson and brother-in-law-Ricky Runner. Memorial services will be held Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church in Avon Park, Florida with Rev. Jon Beck officiating.
