Sharon Dawn Riley

Sharon Dawn Riley, age 77, passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2016 in Sebring, Florida. She was born on June 7, 1939 in Selma, Alabama to the late Jesse D. and Jewel H. (Gaylor) Prescott. Sharon had lived in Sebring since 1973 and was a longtime member of First Assembly of God Church which she loved. She enjoyed a simple lifestyle.  Dancing and going to Dixie Youth baseball games were two favorite things she enjoyed doing. Sharon loved spending time with her family whom she dearly loved.   Survivors include daughters: Terri Szlosek (Alan), Tina Keefe (Robert) all of Sebring, FL; son: Jimmie Riley (Shelia)- Bellevue, NE; fourteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl J. Riley, Jr. and two brothers, Ronnie Prescott and Jackie Prescott. There will be a funeral service on Thursday, October 27, 2016, 4:00 pm, at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring with Reverend Wilmont McCrary officiating.  The family will receive friends beginning at 3:00 pm. Burial will take place at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
