Seleana Jean Phillips, age 47, of Avon Park, FL, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2020. She was born October 7, 1972 in Jacksonville, IL to Willard Russell Surratt and Rhonda Sue McDonald.  She worked as a Sales Associate for Sears for 16 years, was of Baptist Faith, and has been a resident since 2001, coming from Illinois.  She is survived by her Husband – John Phillips of Avon Park, FL; Daughters – Tiffany Phillips of Avon Park, FL; Casey Phillips of Avon Park, FL; Joshua Phillips of Lake Wales, FL; Jordan Harr of Avon Park, FL; Father – Rusty Surratt (Patty) of Meredosia, IL; Mother – Rhonda Sue McDonald of Bloomington, IL; Brothers – Jamie Surratt of Meredosia, IL; Shon Surratt (Cathleen) of Salisbury, NC; Rusty Surratt (Sherry) of Meredosia, IL; Jody McDonald of IL; Granddaughter – Sophia.  Memorial services will be held Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 3:00 PM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home of Avon Park with family receiving friends beginning at 2:00 PM.
