Scott L. Keyes, 55, of Sebring FL died unexpectedly, on Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2018.

He was born in Fall River, MA on Dec. 5, 1962 to Ralph L. and Janette I. Keyes (Pitzer), and preceded in death by his loving grandparents Ralph L. and Margaret H. Keyes (Webster.)

In 1996, Scott graduated Valedictorian from BCC, Fall River, MA with his Associate’s degree, pre-professional program and was nominated a member of the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa International Honor Society. He continued his education at UMass Amherst and graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in sociology. Scott then attended UPenn Philadelphia, PA for one year before returning to his home state Massachusetts, working as a social worker. In 2009 Scott moved to Florida and enjoyed his life there. A few of his interests were watching movies, NASCAR racing, martial arts and time spent with family and friends.

Scott leaves behind his daughters, Melanie Castelli and her husband Matthew; Natalie Guzman and her husband Isuel; son, Jeffrey Rosen and girlfriend Courtney Mandeville and his beloved pit-bull, Chloe. Proud Grandfather of Travis, Autumn, Anthony, Carmine, Luciano, Lily, Charlotte, Hazel, Miannette and Theodore. Scott is also survived by his friend and former wife, Tina Webb; siblings, Dave, Lynda, James, Randy, Wendy, Heather and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at 6 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018 at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Sebring, FL 33870.
