SANDY LEE FOSTER Sandy Lee Foster, 64, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2010, in North Carolina. He was born August 14, 1946, to Charles Lonzo and Reba Lucille (Mathis) Foster in Avon Park, Florida, and had been a lifelong resident of Sebring. He was employed at Nu-Hope Elder Care Services for 19 years, most recently as Director. He was a member of Sebring Firemens Association; Air Force Sergeant Association; was an avid golfer and of the Baptist faith. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving in Vietnam. He is survived by his wife, Jean Foster of Sebring; daughter, Michele (William) Sauls, Sebring; son, Martin Foster, Lake Mary, FL; brothers, Julius Foster and Charles Foster, both of Ocala, FL; father-in-law and mother-in-law, William and Betty Ward of Sebring and four grandchildren, Alexander, Andrew, Gemma and Stephen. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 1, 2010, at Union Congregational Church, Avon Park, Pastor Bill Breylinger officiating. The family will receive friends the hour preceding the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Memorial donations may be made in his memory to Nu-Hope Elder Care Services, 6414 U.S. 27 South, Sebring, Fl 33870.
