She was born on September 11, 1937 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Milton and Tillie (Weiner) Neadel. Sandra had been a resident of Sebring since 2001 coming from Fort Lauderdale. She was of the Jewish Faith. She is survived by her husband: Leonard Gutkin, children: Phillip S. Gutkin and Debra Bloom, brother: Robert M. Neadel. She was preceded in death by her son: Stuart A.
