Samuel "Ben" B. Sprankle

SAMUEL BEN SPRANKLE Samuel Ben Sprankle, 84, passed away Friday, September 16, 2011, in Richmond, VA. He was born June 6, 1927, to Samuel R. and Nellie (Hietzenriter) Sprankle in Valier, Pennsylvania, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1989, until his recent move to Virginia. He was a Supervisor in the printing business and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy; a member of the VFW and Crystal Lake Club. Ben was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Sprankle in 2002 and is survived by his sons, Terry Sprankle, Richmond, VA; Marty Sprankle, Honolulu, HI and Randy Sprankle, Cheyenne, WY; daughter, Linda Free, Seaford, VA; brother, David Sprankle, Niagara Falls, NY; sister, Eleanor Kachurek, Ocala, FL; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
