Sally Irene Boyer

Sally Irene Boyer, age 83, passed away peacefully in her home on January 28, 2017. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on October 18, 1933. Sally was a resident of Avon Park, Florida since 2001 coming from Elkhart, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Boyer, her parents Clarence and Irene Enkoff, and is survived by her children Bob Boyer (Diane) of Minneapolis, Minnesota; Mike Boyer (Kelly) of Elkhart, Indiana; Steve Boyer (Tracey) of Elkhart, Indiana; Her brother, John Enkoff (Barb); Sister, Sue Lype. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Corey (Carrie) Boyer, Jake Boyer, Mitchell Boyer, Will Boyer and Sydney Boyer and two great grandchildren; Alexandra and Jackson.

Sally enjoyed travelling as well as spending time with family and friends. She was proficient in interior design and worked in the floral industry for many years.

The Boyer family would like to extend a special thank you to Good Shepard Hospice of Sebring, along with the aides from Senior Tender Care for all of their kindness and help during this difficult time. And an extra special thank you to John and Barb Enkoff, Margie Miller and friends in the Crystal Lake Community.

Visitation will be at Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inmin Funeral Home in Elkhart on Saturday February 25 from 10:00am to 12:00pm followed by a life celebration service at the funeral home.
